Small and Medium-Sized Bearing Rolling Element Sorting and Box-Packing Machine

This equipment is a machine that measures, sorts and packages bearing rolling elements. The rolling elements are fed in from the left side via a conveyor belt, then transferred to the measuring station and subsequently conveyed to an internal conveyor belt. From the internal conveyor belt, the rolling elements are moved to an intermediate station, which temporarily stores a large number of bearing rolling elements. When the intermediate storage space is full, rows of rolling elements are placed into boxes on the spacing washers. When one layer is filled, a new spacer is added to the box. The machine includes a storage unit with two layers of spacers, and an electrical cabinet integrated with machine control devices.
