Eddy Current Testing Machine

The bearing outer diameter range is 220-600mm, and the equipment includes testing stations/stations for feeding and discharging (units). The machine will automatically perform (different) bearing model changes based on manual or electronic input through HMI. The equipment can automatically switch between the inner and outer rings of the same bearing type without the need for external input.

Working principle of eddy current testing equipment: By using the principle of eddy current testing to inspect the material and workmanship of bearings, defects such as cracks and dents can be detected on the surface of the bearings.

Components of eddy current testing equipment: including oscillator, probe coil, signal detection device, measurement comparison circuit, signal processing alarm display, and power supply.
