High Speed Rail Traction Testing Machine

In the operation of railway locomotive and rolling stock depots, traction motor bearings are one of the key components to ensure their safe operation, and their reliability and lifespan directly affect the quality and safety of transportation. This testing machine is mainly used for the testing and assessment of railway traction motor bearings.

It adopts industrial computer and hydraulic servo control technology to automatically control the testing machine. It can simulate the thermal performance and durability tests of railway traction motor bearings under standard load spectrum, speed spectrum and various environmental conditions according to TB/T 3017.2 standard. At the same time, it can complete bearing performance tests under vibration conditions, rapid acceleration and deceleration simulation tests, high and low temperature and humidity environmental tests, and inspect the insulation resistance of traction motor insulation bearings according to the technical requirements of the bearings.
