Railway Bearing Cleaning Machine

The railway passenger car bearing washing machine is used to clean the inner and outer rings, rollers, cages and other components of the bearing after magnetic particle inspection. It uses point contact, constant temperature heating, and 10 micron precision filtration to ensure the cleanliness of the cleaning medium. The high-pressure hood type 360 degree no dead corner cleaning is divided into two levels of cleaning (first level cleaning, second level precision cleaning) to ensure the cleanliness of the work piece after washing.

By using a circular high-pressure air knife, the washing medium on the surface of the bearing components is blown dry through reciprocating motion, avoiding the residue of workpiece cleaning solution on the bearing components, reducing manual wiping, and lowering labor intensity.
