    I. Functions of Bearing Testing Equipment

    1. Abnormal Noise Analysis

    1. Supporting Mechanical Rotating Bodies

    The primary function of bearing testing equipment is to support mechanical rotating bodies, reduce the friction coefficient during operation, and ensure rotational precision. Based on the friction characteristics of moving components, bearings are classified into rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearing assembly and testing equipment has been standardized and serialized; however, compared with sliding bearings, rolling bearings have larger radial dimensions, higher vibration and noise levels, and a higher price point.

    II. Components of Bearing Testing Equipment

    1. Frame and Control Device

    Bearing testing equipment consists of a frame and a control device mounted on it. From one end to the other along the top of the frame, the following components are arranged in sequence: a material guide plate, a transfer device, a height detection device, and a pressing device. The tail plate extends to the top of the conveyor belt of the bearing assembly and testing equipment. Connecting lugs are installed on both sides of the tail of the guide plate, which are connected to the side walls of the conveyor belt carrying shock absorber products. On the bottom plate of the frame, there are a movable support device (corresponding to the transfer device and height detection device), a rotational pressure detection device, and a component detection device (corresponding to the pressing device).

    1. Inner/Outer Races and Rolling Elements

    Rolling bearing testing equipment generally comprises an outer race, an inner race, rolling elements, and a cage. Based on the shape of the rolling elements, rolling bearings are categorized into ball bearings and roller bearings.
