Car Hub Bearing Assembly Line

Automobile Hub Bearing Assembly Line

Automobile Hub Bearing Assembly Line
The first generation wheel hub bearing assembly line is an automated/semi automated production system designed specifically for the first generation of automotive wheel hub bearings. Its core solution is to solve the problems of low efficiency, poor accuracy, and unstable quality in traditional manual assembly. It is adapted to the unique structure of the first generation wheel hub bearings, which features an integrated outer ring and a back-to-back combination of inner rings, achieving full process controllability from component sorting to finished product inspection

First generation wheel hub bearing assembly line

Main line (assembly main line):

Plate feeding → Dual channel ring demagnetization cleaning → Dual channel inner and outer ring groove detection → Inner and outer ring grouping → Inner and outer ring fitting → Finished bearing cleaning 1 → Axial clearance detection → Vibration detection → Finished bearing cleaning 2 → Fat injection weighing/sealing ring pressing/marking → Atomization oil coating → Manual appearance material treatment

Secondary line (assembly of small cone components)

     Plate loading → demagnetization cleaning of internal components → assembly of internal components → detection of retainer string momentum → unloading

Main technical indicators:

1. The production cycle time of the entire line is ≤ 20 seconds;

2. The equipment rack adopts aluminum alloy profile brackets, and the bed panel adopts welded steel with spray coating;

3. The overall power of the line is about 35-40KW;

4. All NG products have automatic discharge;

5. All kicking stations have a kicking confirmation function;

6. The detection machine can automatically benchmark;

7. The cleanliness standard of the finished product complies with GB/T 33624-2017;

8. The entire line is protected by transparent glass, and the equipment height remains consistent; All leaking conveyor chain plates should be equipped with additional protection measures;

9. All devices have data collection capabilities;

10. The qualified rate of clearance for normally assembled products shall not be less than 99%;

11. All equipment noise is ≤ 80 decibels (tested at a distance of 1 meter from the equipment, with the door closed);

12. The entire assembly line requires around 2 operators; The tooling change time is 5 hours per 2 people.
