    • Wipe the testing machine daily to keep its exterior clean.
    • Apply lubricating grease to the machine's lead screws and nuts every six months; regularly add lubricating grease to the equipment and check for damaged connections.
    • Replace the lubricating grease in the bearings at both upper and lower ends of the lead screws every 3-5 years.
    1. Replacement of Abnormal Components

    • Check the intelligent digital peak hold meter for abnormalities and replace it immediately if malfunctions occur.

    II. Daily Precautions for Bearing Testing Machines

    1. External Components Protection
    • Maintain detailed operation records, especially fault causes and troubleshooting processes, and back up software regularly.
    • Avoid damaging external components of the main unit, particularly sensors, buttons, limiters, and their connected data cables. Stop using the machine immediately if any damage occurs.
    • Do not shut down the machine randomly during operation; strictly follow the operating procedures. Do not restart the main unit within 2 minutes after shutdown.
    1. Shutdown Cleaning
    • At the end of each day, turn off the power of the main unit and computer, tidy up surrounding tools, and wipe off iron filings and dirt from the exterior of the clamp with a dry cloth or tissue—pay special attention to the clamping cylinder to prevent wear.
    • Keep the outer surface of all components clean; clean the display screen only with a dry cloth. Cover the machine with a cloth if the working environment is poor.
    1. Power Supply for Long-term Non-use
    • For hydraulic material testing machines not in use for a long time, unplug the power cord and apply anti-rust oil to exposed parts to prevent corrosion.
    • Contact the manufacturer for guidance before reusing equipment that has been idle for an extended period.
